Controlled Substances
We assist nurse leaders and staff in the prevention, detection, and investigation process for drug diversion.
HIPAA Privacy
​We address issues related to privacy practices, patient privacy rights, privacy concerns, and complaints. We are also a resource for employees, faculty, and students.
Program Effectiveness
We provide education, prevention, detection, collaboration, and enforcement of our policies, procedures, processes, and controls. We promote the highest standards of ethical behavior in furthering the UT Southwestern mission and strategic plan.
Research & Academics
We assist and provide information on responsible conduct of research to help researchers build compliance into their everyday practices so it is inherent in research processes. We also provide assistance in the identification of education and training needs of students, faculty and staff for the offices of the Dean and Academic Affairs.
Our goal is to collaborate with you in operationalizing compliance requirements and best practices.
